They suck
My mother and I purchased a Certified Pre-owned 2019 Jeep Cherokee in June 2023. Within the first couple weeks I noticed quite a few issues with the vehicle.
The brakes would squeal with medium pressure, the touchscreen radio would constantly glitch out, the engine would often have issue switching gears (revving), and after releasing from the auto-hold would occasionally stall out forcing me to restart the car (often times at green lights). When calling the salesman, I had to leave a message and had no response from him until me permanent tags were ready in late August. He assured me that they could take a look at it when I arrived. after waiting in the waiting room for 2 hours, I was told they saw no issue with the brakes although there was a squealing.
In confusion, I asked about the other issues I was experiencing with the vehicle and they told me they only looked at the brakes. He said if I wanted to replace them, Id have to purchase new ones. He then elaborated and said that I could bring in my vehicle at a different time to look at the other issues and that any repairs would come out of my pocket. I told him I was outraged that I was sold a faulty car and that I would be having to pour more money into a Certified Pre-owned vehicle.
I havent returned since and dont plan to other than to get an oil change/tire rotation that I purchased with the vehicle. I wouldnt trust them working on my vehicle other than simple tasks due to the condition that they approved my vehicle to be sold off the lot in.

I purchased an OEM part from Mopar's online store on 12/22. I received the part on 12/26.
The part went on sale 12/27 for $20 cheaper. I called the company to ask if they would honor the price difference to which they replied "no." This is just the latest of a number of complaints I have about Jeep/Chrysler/Fiat products. I'm waiting for them to recall their Jeep Wranglers for the hazards their fuel lines create for motorists, which over time may leak gas into the engine compartment. This issue occurred to me, and how this has yet to be acknowledged as a national recall is beyond my comprehension.
I have seen testimonies about this same issue on various websites (blogs, forums, etc.). I will never purchase another vehicle from Chrysler/Fiat again.

Verified ReviewerMOPAR SUCKS !!!
Chrysler sold out to a Netherlands company. They buy their so-called OEM MOPAR parts from none other than CHINA!
Most parts were originally made in US, used, discarded, and sold as scrap to fuuken CHINA. The scrap parts are re-tooled, then repurchased by hardworking Americans who are DUPED, completing their cycle. There is no customer service to talk too, have to email with your questions and someone may get back with you if you're lucky. There's a number you can call and get a human right away, ONLY if you want to buy their *** products, they are too happy to collect your hard-earned cash.
Don't dare ask any questions while giving up your cash to these people, it will only *** them off and tell you to write an email.
Do not buy, stop the circle jerk! Just say NO!!!

For years we have purchased Ram, Dodge, Chrysler vehicles because they had a quality vehicle and great customer service! After todays call from their customer service department I would NEVER RECOMMEND PURCHASING ANY VEHICLE!
We own a 2019 Ram 1500 limited and have brought it in for service several times due to the truck thrusting forward or while driving throwing the truck in neutral forcing us to put the truck in park and then back into drive! This has occurred on main highways while making a turn with vehicles heading towards us! We have a video that shows the truck doing this! The dealership has duplicated the issue!
Chryslers customer service rep called 12/18 and notified us that over 60 trucks in our area are experiencing this issue and they are not sure what is causing the issue. We could rent a car and they would reimburse us. Every 7 days they would check in with us and we were to submit the rental receipt. Today, 12/20, a Chrysler customer service rep contacted my husband and said, we are to pick up the truck and drive it until they can figure out the fix.
When he asked about our familys safety, she said, there is NOTHING she could do and that they would pay for our rental for the two days and to drive the truck until they discover the fix.
He asked for her supervisor and she said could not provide that information! They dont care about you or your families safety!
DO NOT BUY Mopar!!!

Today took my truck in to get normal service done to it. This past summer I noticed the leather bubble up.
Told the service tech about it. The estimated cost we got to fix it is over 2000$ Told the service rep that is ridiculous so she looked into it to see if it was still covered we have a lil over 64,000 miles on it. She came back out and said it was not covered!! Bought brand new 3 years ago!!
The leather should not have done this at this age!! Called mopar cause thats what the dealer ship said to do. Said they would do a good deed thing! Called mopar on the phone for over an hour for them to tell us they are not doing anything about it!!
Spend a *** ton of money to have a nice vehicle and they cant even make anything right for the bad manufacturing they have done to this truck!! Have had nothing but problems with this truck that I waited 11 years to get!! Mopar should not be in business!! They do not back up the quality of work you pay for!!
Dont buy mopar vehicles they dont take care of you and dont care about their customers!! Absolutely disgusting!!
- Absolutely no pros

MOPAR IS A JOKE
Mopar told me when cars are ten years old they stop making parts for them. So tells me "Mopar" wants everyone to buy new cars and the heak with old cars. That is why "Mopar" shouldn't be in business anymore because they don't care about cars at all.
I will have to use a "Salvage Yard" because "Mopar" can't handle the high demand of auto parts.
My car is running perfect other then this problem now because "Mopar" doesn't know how to keep up on car parts and now I wonder how many more car parts they "Don't" have on demand. That is why "Mopar" shouldn't be in business and people go somewhere else that can keep up with "Demand" on "All Auto Parts" instead of "Discuntinuing" them.
User's recommendation: Never do business with "Mopar" and let them go bankrupt
